This is where various items can be bought from. You can organize this list by levels, types, price, etc. Usually this is only used for higher up items that are rare, such as Flawless gems or Epic armor or weapons.
If you are looking for certain gems you will need to set the type to “gem” and choose the type. This goes the same way with materials usually. For materials you will choose the “Tradeskill.”

An example search for Granite, for example, is not to just put it as Tradeskill materials but by setting the name as Granite as well. This will allow you to search for only these stacks. Once you get the hang of it you’ll have no issues with it.
If you purchase items they will appear in your mailbox. Do not delete your messages before picking up the items inside! They do not go straight to your inventory when purchased, so if you are missing items always check your mail.
